To be eligible for a return, your order must be unused and in the same condition it was upon arrival. You may return your order to us for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of original purchase.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable):
- Any order not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. For more information see Terms & Conditions
- Any order that is returned more than 30 days after original purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Please send us an email at email@example.com to let us know if you wish to return a product. Once your return order is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you whether your refund is approved or rejected.
Upon approval of a refund; your order will be processed, and due credit will automatically be refunded to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1-2 weeks.
Delayed Refunds (if applicable)
If possible contact your credit card company, it may take some time before the money is processed and refunded to your account. If this didn't help resolve the issue, contact your bank; there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Last Chance to Buy Refunds
Only regular priced orders may be refunded, products purchased from the 'Last Chance to Buy' section are sold "as is" in the best of condition to our knowledge, and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Products are only eligible for an exchange in the event where the product is damaged upon arrival or doesn't match your order. If you need to exchange an order, send us an email at: email@example.com
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are returning items with a combined value of over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
